I want to thank everyone who has helped me out with this book, those to whom I force to read my works.
I want to thank my good friend from Belgium, Dennis who speaks and writes better proper English than I do. So well in fact, he was my first volunteer copy editor, helping me with my speling and such :) His encouragement got me through some tough times. Thanks bud!
